Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Technical Leader with extensive experience in SAP HANA and ABAP for our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in S/4HANA migration projects and will be responsible for leading technical teams implementing best practices and driving successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP HANA/ABAP development projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee and participate in the migration of systems to SAP S/4HANA to enhance functionality and performance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement best practices.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
Ensure the successful of project deliverables on time and within scope.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey technical information and project status.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HANA and ABAP environments.
Keep uptodate with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in SAP HANA and ABAP development.
Proven experience in S/4HANA migration projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual).
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
