Job Description
We are looking for Interns to join our 6month internship program in our Finance Operations team within NIQ based out of the Pune (Kharadi) office.
This program will give an exposure to Finance operations in NIQ over a period of 6 months. The training team will be giving a brief orientation of the business during the first week and post which certain tasks will be assigned to the Intern based on the evaluation(s) done during training.
Domain knowledge in Field of Finance will be a value add.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the Senior Analyst/Manager in preparing process documents SOPs and training resources
Adhere to training KPIs for ontime delivery (meeting internal timelines) documentation / data accuracy etc. and maintain work ethics & discipline.
Working closely with NielsenIQ teams in a collaborative way (with Training HR & Tower managers) for tasks and projects assigned.
Operate in a physicalvirtual and multicultural environment liaising with stakeholders and colleagues.

The primary role of the Intern is you will be responsible for understanding how the Finance operations team functions within NielsenIQ and will be required to complete the given tasks and assignments within the stipulated time.
