Job Title: People Services Director
Location: Winchester TN
Salary Range: $100000 $110000
Job Type: Full Time
The People Services Director will report directly to the hospital CEO while also receiving direction from Lifepoint Division People Services. This role is responsible for defining developing and implementing People Service initiatives while overseeing key HR functions. Many People Service operations including recruitment onboarding benefits administration position control and performance reviews are centralized and managed through Lifepoint Business Services utilizing the Oracle system.

Partner with executive and leadership teams to develop and execute People Service strategies.

Provide leadership and strategic direction for all HR functions including employee relations compensation management performance management training and leadership development.

Oversee a small HR team while also actively participating in daytoday HR operations.

Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act Affirmative Action ADA and FMLA.

Support HR system operations through Oraclebased employee and management selfservice tools.

Maintain best practices for talent acquisition onboarding benefits administration and employee engagement.

Education: Bachelor of Science degree required.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience in a healthcare (hospital) setting.

Knowledge & Skills:

Expertise in HR compliance with federal state and local regulations.

Strong leadership and strategic HR planning capabilities.

Experience working with HR systems (Oracle preferred).
