Job Description
About your tasks:
- Manage relationships with thirdparty logistics providers ensuring compliance with SLAs KPIs and cost targets while overseeing performance reviews contract negotiations and operational enhancements.
- Collaborate on the development and of logistics and fulfillment strategies that support company growth implementing solutions to improve speed efficiency and flexibility in the supply chain.
- Partner with operations supply chain and customer service teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvements.
- Analyze metrics and reports to identify trends challenges and areas for improvement providing leadership with regular updates on logistics performance and costsaving opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate risks within logistics and lastmile operations implementing strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.
Qualifications :
About you:
- University degree or vocational trainning in supply chain management logistics operations or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in logistics supply chain management or operations within preferably an ecommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce fulfillment warehousing transportation and distribution networks with preference for experience in directtoconsumer logistics models.
- Proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking supply chain software and analytics tools (e.g. ERP WMS TMS) with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proven negotiation skills with experience managing commercial discussions and thirdparty logistics partners; ability to influence crossfunctional stakeholders and present complex data to senior management. Fluency in English required; knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus.
