Report to: GM Operations
About Company: Our client is a startup network infrastructure company that specializes in providing managed services for infrastructure network management data integrations and application management in Nigeria. The Company is known for its reputation for highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The company is seeking to hire an experienced Team Lead Core Infrastructure Team to manage the daytoday operation of networks. This role will manage all network deployment and wireless/lastmile infrastructure and ensure maximum network availability by minimizing outages.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide daytoday support to networks and clients.
Manage all network deployment project
Management of all stages through to project closure.
Manage business and project risks and effective plan and risk assessment so that timescales and project costs are understood and underwritten by all the parties
Identify engage and successfully manage stakeholders. Build effective relationships and leverage these to ensure the right outcome for the project and stakeholders.
Develop detailed resource forecasts and estimates.
Generate performance & availability reports.
Maintain and ensure full compliance with all NOC processes and procedures.
Identify and provide firstline support for all network faults by the Companys standard operating procedure for fault escalation and management.
Run daily and weekly management reports on network events and activities track escalations and other key performance indicators and ensure all customer SLAs are met.
Ensure proper technical documentation of all network events throughout normal/shift cycles or operations.
Answer all network supportrelated telephone calls and interface with internal/external customers on operational issues and related network events using standard operating procedures.
Requirements
HND/BSC Computer Science Electrical Engineering Information Technology.
5 years of handson network project engineering experience
Professional Certifications: Mikrotik MTCRE (Mandatory) Cisco CCNP are complimentary
Mpls vpls layer2/layer3 tunneling ubnt radios ospf eigrp vrf and team building/leadership
Project Management Skills
Strong Knowledge of the Mikrotik platform
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Handson experience with monitoring network diagnostic and network analytics tools
