Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Field Service Representative to join our Engineered Solutions team focusing on delivering exceptional water treatment solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute system installations startups and commissioning of advanced water treatment equipment
  • Lead preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs
  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments and water quality analysis
  • Provide expert technical consultation and troubleshooting services
  • Manage customer relationships and deliver detailed performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and EH&S regulations
  • Supervise contractor activities and coordinate with project teams
  • Participate in technology validation and field testing initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and system efficiency

 


    Qualifications :

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical or Chemical preferred)
    • Proven experience in industrial water treatment systems
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities
    • Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Excellence in project management and documentation
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities

    Required Skills:

    • Handson technical expertise with industrial equipment
    • Proficiency in water quality testing and analysis
    • Strong safety awareness and regulatory compliance knowledge
    • Excellent customer relationship management abilities
    • Fluency in English and local language

    Additional Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel around Spain & Portugal.
    • Flexibility for emergency response and oncall duties.
    • Valid drivers license and ability to work in various environmental conditions.
