Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee and manage the printing
operations of our offset tag printing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring
efficient production processes maintaining quality standards managing the workforce and
optimizing production costs while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & :
Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Monitor and control production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
Coordinate with procurement for raw materials ink plates and other printing supplies.
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of offset printing machines.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Maintain highquality printing standards and ensure defectfree production.
Conduct regular quality checks on printed tags for color accuracy registration and
finishing.
Implement and enforce quality control measures and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of machine operators supervisors and production staff.
Train and develop employees to enhance skills and productivity.
Manage workforce allocation and shift planning to maximize efficiency.
Cost & Process Optimization:
Monitor and control production costs to improve profitability.
Identify and implement process improvements for better productivity.
