Job Title: Mechanical Design & Development Engineer HVAC Systems

About the Role:
We are hiring a Mechanical Design & Development Engineer to join our R&D team in designing and developing cuttingedge air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical design HVAC components and CAD tools and a passion for innovation and product optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of innovative HVAC systems.
- Design mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (AutoCAD SolidWorks).
- Develop prototypes conduct performance testing and execute thermal/airflow simulations.
- Optimize existing products for efficiency cost and sustainability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (electrical software production).
- Support manufacturing teams ensuring quality control and compliance.
- Prepare technical documentation reports and drawings.
- Ensure designs meet HVAC industry standards (LEED ISO AHRI).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 3 8 years of experience in HVAC product design & development. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and simulation tools. Hands-on experience with prototype development and testing. Familiarity with thermal analysis, stress analysis, and airflow simulation. Strong understanding of energy efficiency standards and compliance norms.
