Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Construction Engineering Technician to be based in Stevens Point Wisconsin.
Provides basic support in the areas of project controls scheduling scheduling analysis earned value management and construction inspection activities in support of projects.
Activities may include assisting with engineering calculations setting up and operating equipment inspecting equipment and engineering installations for compliance with specifications and maintaining project documentation.
General understanding of procedures company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
Performs routine tasks while working under close supervision.
Entrylevel position previous experience may not be required.
Professional certification desirable if applicable.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a High School diploma.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree in Civil Engineering.
- GPS and Survey equipment knowledge.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with municipal county and nonWisDOT construction projects.
- Familiarity with WisDOT Standard Specifications and material certification requirements.
- Possess WisDOT material certifications including AGGTECH PCCTECH and/or Nuclear Density.
