Job Description
- Setup the ITSM module (Change Management Service Requests Incident Management Problem Management);
- Improve business processes and manage continuous improvements projects;
- Analyze current environment and propose automation when ever possible;
- Manage technical documentation;
- Maintain Service catalog and Service level Management;
- Coordinate upgrades and changes to ServiceNow instance;
- Manage permissions and accesses (roles users and groups);
- Maintain instance performance by regular checkups;
- Troubleshoot daytoday operations and system issues;
- Deploy update sets from nonprod environments;
- Setup notifications and alerts;
- Setup and schedule reports;
- Manage CMDB health;
- Manage access control lists and scripts (like server and client scripts);
- Develop and manage standard load template to import data;
- Resolve incidents and fulfill routine Service requests;
- Provide process training to business owners.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience on a similar role;
- Strong knowledge on both CMDB and ITSM modules;
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM and workflows;
- Proven experience with ServiceNow (configuration administration development management and deployment);
- Experience with Javascript HTML XML and Web services REST API SOAP;
- ServiceNow CSA Certification and ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals (nice to have);
- ITIL Foundation (nice to have);
- Knowledge in Infrastructure and ITOM (nice to have);
- Good level of English (mandatory).
