Allinterno del ristorante stellato riportando al Matre si occupa di:
curare la miseenplace dei tavoli e il servizio
partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilit del team di sala
registrare le comande sporzionare i cibi dal piatto di portata porre attenzione ai dettagli
Inside the starred restaurant reporting to the Matre deals with:
take care of the tables miseenplace and service
participate in the work and responsibilities of the hall team
record the orders place the food from the serving dish pay attention to the details
Qualifications :
Fluente in Inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua
Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata nel ruolo sia in contesti alberghieri sia ristorativi
Conoscenza dei vini (gradita attestazione da sommelier AIS FISAR o simili
Massima seriet professionalit standing
Completano il profilo: passione orientamento al cliente flessibilit e team working
Fluent in Italian and English. A third language is a plus
At least one year of experience gained in the role gained in the role both in hotel and restaurant contexts
Knowledge of wines (Sommelier certificate is a plus AIS FISAR or similar
Maximum seriousness professionalism standing
Complete the profile: customer orientation communication flexibility and team working
