Job Description
We are seeking a Business Performance Analyst to become a part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
- Develop revenue forecasts set and track OKRs and KPIs and evaluate longterm trends.
- Monitor business performance ensuring alignment with targets and track incidents impacting performance.
- Analyze marketing investments conversion funnels and CRM campaigns.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and operational hypothesis testing to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Support and execute strategic projects (e.g. business expansion) with datadriven insights and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (finance marketing operations) to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Create presentations reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications :
Skills and Experience Needed:
- 1 year of experience in business performance investment product or data analytics with a focus on business performance and strategy.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge and experience with analytics tools such as Tableau Power BI Google Data Studio or similar.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with finance marketing and operations teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Education: Degree in Statistics Economics Mathematics Analytics or a related field.
