Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with technical acumen to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively and the technical insight to collaborate with development teams on technical challenges. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills alongside the expertise to guide the team in delivering highquality scalable and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrum Leadership:
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coach the team on Agile methodologies removing impediments to progress.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Act as a servant leader empowering the team to selforganize and deliver valuedriven results.
  • Build strong relationships with Product Owners stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to align goals and expectations.
• Technical Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges dependencies and constraints.
  • Partner with architects developers and testers to ensure highquality deliverables.
  • Contribute to technical discussions to help the team balance technical debt and feature delivery.
• Delivery Oversight:
  • Track progress against sprint goals and project timelines leveraging Agile tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps etc..
  • Provide transparency to stakeholders through regular reporting and updates.
  • Drive resolution of risks and impediments to maintain team productivity and focus.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in Agile practices and team processes.
  • Promote a learning culture through retrospectives workshops and knowledgesharing sessions.

Qualifications :

• Strong background in software development with experience managing Scrum teams of 8 members.
• 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile Scrum environments.
• Preferred experience in retail ecommerce projects.
• Familiarity with modern technologies such as cloud computing Java microservices DevOps practices or APIs is a plus.
• Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira Confluence Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering largescale crossfunctional projects with high availability scalability and performance demands.
• Autonomous project leadership experience across multiple teams with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
• Strong ability to build relationships across multidisciplinary teams and global partners.
• Exceptional verbal written and presentation communication skills.
• Energetic selfstarter with a gogetter mentality driven to achieve results.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced everchanging environment managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time.
• Certifications (preferred):
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent.
  • SAFe PMIACP or other Agilerelated certifications are a plus.
