Kannect is a fastgrowing SaaS platform that helps organizations streamline community engagement manage members and connect with their audiences more effectively. We serve nonprofits associations coworking spaces and other missiondriven organizations with a simple powerful platform built for modern engagement.
Were looking for a smart spy and creative Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer to help jumpstart our marketing engine and drive user acquisition traffic and brand visibility. This is a handson role with tons of ownership perfect for someone who thrives in earlystage environments and wants to have a direct impact on growth.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll own and execute a fullfunnel marketing strategy with a strong focus on content traffic generation and conversions. Your daytoday may include:
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Collaborate with our designer or use nocode tools (Webflow/WordPress) to update landing pages and test layouts.
- Implement A/B tests on CTAs forms and page copy to boost demo bookings and signups.
- Track and optimize funnel performance using Google Analytics and Hotjar.
Content Marketing & SEO
- Build and manage a highvolume blog/content pipeline 35 posts per week).
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT SEO platforms (SurferSEO NeuronWriter) to scale production.
- Conduct keyword research and onpage optimization to improve rankings.
- Manage backlink outreach and partnerships to build domain authority.
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Develop and execute a social media strategy (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook TikTok).
- Create and schedule 35 posts per week that educate inspire or drive action.
- Repurpose blog content and product updates into socialready formats.
- Grow follower count and engagement through consistent posting and experimentation.
Paid Ads & Campaigns
- Launch and manage lowbudget paid ads (Google Ads Facebook LinkedIn).
- Create ad creatives targeting strategies and landing pages for lead gen.
- Monitor ad performance and iterate based on costperlead and ROI.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Build automated email sequences for demo signups and trials.
- Create weekly newsletters that promote content product updates and case studies.
- Segment and personalize campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
Qualifications :
Who You Are
Youre a selfstarter with 25 years of experience in digital marketing growth or demand gen.
Youre experienced with SEO social media ads and performance marketing (and can show results).
Youre comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to scale content and speed up workflows.
Youve used tools like Canva Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager Buffer/Later Brevo or similar.
You know your way around CMS platforms WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is a big plus.
Youre comfortable in earlystage environments and thrive when given autonomy and responsibility.
Bonus: experience marketing for SaaS B2B or communityfocused products.
