Job Description:
- Provide design input to design solutions for resolution of design proposals either at Concept or Schematic or Detail Design or IFC.
- Experience in the delivery of all design stages (Concept to IFC) of projects in Revit.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of delivering projects in BIM up to LOD 300/ 350 as a minimum.
- Experience of using clash detection softwares including setting up clash detection and preparing/ reviewing clash reports.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as BIM 360.
- Experience of Enscape Lumion or other rendering engines to test design ideas as they are resolved.
- Technical knowledge of building design and construction and building detailing.
- Coordinating with design colleagues to ensure best practice is achieved and the highest quality outcomes are delivered to clients.
- Various building typologies covered in portfolio including Healthcare Education Commercial Industrial.
- Where needed take support from the Senior Architect leading the project.
- Coordinating across offices for resource support and management where required
Qualificatin:
- Degree qualified in Architecture. Preferable to have Masters degree in Architecture or aligned discipline. Post grade qualification in BIM is bonus.
- Minimum of 8 years post qualification focused on design technical design and delivery including presentations and reports.
- Expert in Revit architecture with a commitment to continuing professional development.
- Knowledge in Architectural principles techniques and technical detailing is required to execute the Architectural working drawings to acceptable international standards.
- Should be able to work alone or as part of a team taking ownership for assigned deliverables & outputs.
- Strong in communication skills (written/verbal) and able to contribute effectively to discipline specific discussions
- Strong interpersonal skills able to interact with team members of different disciplines.
- Practical handson and uptodate experience in Architectural design.
- Be inventive and imaginative in building design.
- Enthusiastic selfmotivated team player keen to develop with our growing organization.
- Demonstrated experience in using current architectural software packages including Revit Architecture and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of Navisworks 3DStudio MAX Rhino and Photoshop is added advantage.
- Dynamic with good organizational skills and able to multitask.
