Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Peterborough NH
Salary: $25 $27 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (no weekends or holidays)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an LPN Occupational/Employee Health Nurse to provide clinical and primary care services case management health assessments and workplace safety evaluations. The LPN will work in Family Care Orthopedics or Internal Medicine collaborating with employees employers and health professionals to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments diagnosis management and documentation of occupational and nonoccupational illnesses and injuries
- Provide case management and followup care for workplacerelated health concerns
- Conduct health hazard assessments and workplace surveillance
- Monitor and analyze injury trends and develop safety interventions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety laws regulations and workplace policies
- Deliver health education counseling and training programs
- Participate in research and policy development related to occupational health
