We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth develop key partnerships and expand our recruitment services within the FinTech Crypto and Blockchain space. The ideal candidate is a resultsdriven sales professional with a solid background in recruitment business development and strategic growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the recruitment industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of FinTech Crypto and Blockchain industries.
- Experience in strategic growth planning and scaling sales initiatives.
- Ability to develop and manage smallscale partnerships to enhance business growth.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills with a track record of attending and leveraging industry events.
- Selfmotivated targetdriven and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure new clients within the FinTech Crypto and Blockchain industries.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to scale operations expand market share and increase brand awareness.
- Event Representation: Attend industry conferences networking events and panel discussions to promote Black Pen Recruitment and build connections.
- Partnerships: Identify and establish smallscale strategic partnerships with businesses and influencers within the blockchain and FinTech space.
- Recruitment Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge to understand client hiring needs provide tailored recruitment solutions and position Black Pen Recruitment as a market leader.
