Job Description

TASQ is looking for call center agents who speak Arabic and English to work on site in Cebu City ASAP.


Job Title:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Work Arrangement:On Site

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedules


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat related to travel bookings itinerary changes cancellations and other travelrelated services.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations accommodations transportation options and travel packages.
  • Assist customers in making reservations and bookings ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency escalating complex issues to higherlevel support as needed.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of travel industry trends regulations and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their travel arrangements are satisfactory and address any posttravel feedback or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales and operations to address customer needs and enhance the overall travel experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a BPO Customer Service Role is REQUIRED.
  • Specific proven experience in Travel Industry Customer Service is a PLUS.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in both Arabic and English.
