Job Title:CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Work Arrangement:On Site
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat related to travel bookings itinerary changes cancellations and other travelrelated services.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations accommodations transportation options and travel packages.
- Assist customers in making reservations and bookings ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency escalating complex issues to higherlevel support as needed.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of travel industry trends regulations and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their travel arrangements are satisfactory and address any posttravel feedback or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and operations to address customer needs and enhance the overall travel experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO Customer Service Role is REQUIRED.
- Specific proven experience in Travel Industry Customer Service is a PLUS.
- Excellent Communication Skills in both Arabic and English.
