You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLocated in South Jersey within the local community this Psychiatric Community Housing unit serves five girls. The program was developed and operates with a specific TraumaInformed treatment approach to serve the youth with a program that is uniquely tailored to the particular needs of the youth in a manner that extends beyond the usual expectations of residential care.
Responsible for administration and supervision of the program. Supervises staff and monitors statistical information. Represents program in the community as requested. Responsible for planning developing & evaluating program to meet overall organizational goals/objectives. Provides after hours coverage as appropriate and as indicated. Follows all PI HR budget contract requirements pursuant to the daily operations related to program functioning. Ensures program maintains daily census pursuant to contract requirements. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any agerelated needs of the consumers served. Manages budgets and financial responsibilities for programs and ensures billing is completed weekly and followed up on. Prepares budget and monthly variance reports. On call duties. Develops crisis plans as needed. Provides 24/7 eyesight supervision of consumers. Responsible for ensuring case management duties are completed and compliant with regulations and policies.
Hours:
Full time; some evening hours oncall responsibilities.

Masters Degree Required Valid Drivers License. Previous Program oversight or Management preferred.
