Civil Project Manager
Bellingham WA
Our client a wellestablished General Contractor with a strong reputation in the industry is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing heavy civil construction projects and serving as the primary liaison with owners architects and consultants.
As the leader of the project team the Project Manager provides clear direction and makes strategic decisions to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership communication and team management skills along with the ability to mentor and delegate effectively.
Civil Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of assigned projects from contract to closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Manage subcontractor selection contracts and procurement.
- Oversee submittals RFIs change orders and invoicing.
- Represent the company in client and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide leadership to the project team including Superintendents Engineers and Coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with legal safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support estimating bidding and procurement for future projects.
Civil Project Manager Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in residential or commercial civil projects.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Strong project management budgeting and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations.

Compensation: $90K $120K bonus
