We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our globalSales Team. As a BDM you will be responsible for developing new business relationships fromprospecting clients to close. You will own the entire sales cycle determining key stakeholdersmainly across the marketing and eCommerce departments of mid to large size businesses.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver against revenue targets and KPIs in line with company strategy
Develop new revenuegenerating opportunities through a number of strategies
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Take responsibility for effective revenue forecasting for leads and pipeline
Set up meetings and own entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
Ability to confidently pitch Fluently offering to senior stakeholders clientside
Ability effectively communicate Fluently s services and products and showcase valueto clients
Contribute to developing sales reports for the Leadership team
Provide Sales and Leadership teams with industry insights and regular updates onoverall progress on sales campaigns
Build and foster a partnership with clients assist with effective onboarding andcollaborate with clients for continuous improvement
Adhere to ISO requirements with regards to responsiveness with clients and overallbusiness processes
Champion a revenue growth mentality across Fluently
Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness when overcoming obstacles
Skills & Experience:
Fluent in written and spoken English
3 years plus experience in a salesbased role with localisation experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Sales orientated mindset with the ability to work quickly efficiently and accuratelyunder pressure
Ideally experienced in selling services to marketing clients
Analytical and problemsolving skills
High level of Microsoft Office Suite competency
Strong commercial awareness and high level of numeracy
Excellent written and oral communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Experience with CRM Tools and Business Management Systems
