Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a 2nd to 5thyear Associate Litigation Attorney to join their new Lancaster office. The ideal candidate will specialize in general corporate commercial litigation and bring a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset to help grow the office from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a variety of general corporate commercial litigation matters.
- Collaborate closely with partners associates and paralegals to handle cases from inception to resolution.
- Develop strong relationships with clients providing strategic counsel and outstanding representation.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Lancaster office through mentorship and teamwork.
- Work in alignment with the firms theory of abundance culture sharing knowledge and building collective success.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of experience in corporate commercial litigation.
- Strong research writing and analytical skills.
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or the ability to waive in).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing alongside a team.
- Commitment to collaboration mentorship and fostering a positive office culture.
