Our well established and successful printing company is seeking an energetic and passionate Front Counter Customer Experience Representative/DTF Apparel Operator to join our team. This is a fulltime position Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and communication skills a professional phone voice excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask and assist customers simultaneously. You will collaborate with team members to provide customers with pricing file setup assistance and coordinate with production to schedule jobs.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones/taking messages
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma GED or college coursework
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone voice
Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Flexible attitude to accommodate changing deadlines
