Responsibilities
Provides appropriate patient nutritional care. Assesses the nutritional status of patients formulates a care plan coordinates its implementation and evaluates its impact and effectiveness. Provides nutrition education to patients/families. Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
- Registered Dietitian Required
- Licensed Dietitian (TX)
- One year healthcare experience desirable.
