Contract opportunities for Senior Service / Strategic Designers.
Were working with a reputable consultancy who have a number of opportunities with one of the Big Four Banks.
With roles across Business Banking Business Lending Financial Crime and Consumer Finance theyre looking for SMEs in these spaces to help deliver the future of these offerings.
These engagements will run for at least six months and you will ideally be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
The day rate for this role depends on the candidates seniority but were looking around $800950 a day inclusive of super.
What you will be doing
- Continuously enhancing the customer experience across these offerings by understanding the voice of the customer and business structures through a UX lens.
- Taking a strategic design approach to navigate the complexities within the given area of the business.
- Collaborate with the senior stakeholders of the relevant department to understand its intricacies.
- Delving into market trends and defining the vision with a roadmap view.
What you will bring
- Circa 5 years of experience working as a UX Service or Strategic Design (or similar).
- Experience working in a complex organisation.
- Experience in digitisng complex manual processes.
- Confidence in managing a range of senior stakeholders.
