Were on the lookout for a dynamic and highperforming commercial real estate appraiser to join our team as a Senior Consultant or Director that is based in Saskatoon SK. If youre ready to take on a new role and make a significant impact we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a contributing member of the Professional Services team you will work closely with the VicePresident Professional Services Senior Managing Director Managers and the Real Property Team to support our companys vision strategic priorities and initiatives. Through site inspections research expert analysis and collaboration you will collect and analyze data to develop solid and defensible rationale for the final value assigned to a property. This information is presented to clients in Reserve Fund Study reports and Real Property Appraisal Reports primarily in the Saskatchewan region. A large percentage of the work involves collecting onsite data data entry and local cost data research. You will also assist with training and supervising of junior staff and perform quality control reviews of reports. The position is based in Saskatoon SK and requires local and regional travel.

You possess strong leadership skills enjoy mentoring others and excel at managing multiple projects in a deadlinedriven environment. Your research and analysis skills are topnotch and youre proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and databases. A valid drivers license reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally and regionally are essential.

You have the following credentials:

Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation and member in good standing or close to obtaining AACI designation;

5 10 years CRE valuation experience;

Experience with appraisal report writing depreciation report writing property inspections and/or onsite data collection; and

A combination of education designation and experience may be considered.
