SEN Teacher Inclusive SEN School Gloucester (ASAP Start)
Location: Gloucester
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance

Your Role:
- Deliver differentiated lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities supporting students with Autism ADHD Dyslexia and other needs.
- Create and implement tailored learning plans in collaboration with other professionals families and external agencies.
- Foster an environment where students can build confidence and independence with a focus on academic and social development.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their daily routines helping them manage their learning environment.

- A qualified SEN Teacher with experience working with SEND students.
- A patient and empathetic approach to teaching with the ability to adapt lessons for individual needs.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with students families and colleagues.
