Your Role:
- Lead and manage the schools SEN provision ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND.
- Work with staff to provide differentiated teaching strategies and ensure inclusion throughout the school.
- Support and guide SEN staff offering professional development and fostering a collaborative approach.
What We Need From You:
- A qualified teacher with experience in SEN leadership or coordination.
- A deep understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
