Job Description
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate educator to join our school as Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion. This oneyear maternity cover role is perfect for a dedicated leader who is committed to promoting inclusive education and making a real difference in the lives of children.
About the Role:
As Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of the schools inclusion strategy.
- Provide strategic leadership for SEND EAL and disadvantaged pupils.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to monitor and evaluate inclusion strategies.
- Drive professional development for staff ensuring they are equipped to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.

- A committed and experienced leader with a passion for inclusive education.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in supporting SEND EAL and disadvantaged students.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils staff and external agencies.
