The Role
Location: Slough
Working Hours: FullTime
Start Date: September 2025
As a Year 3 Teacher youll guide pupils through one of their most exciting academic yearsbridging the gap between Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Youll help them develop independence build on their literacy and numeracy skills and spark a love for learning that will carry them forward.
What Youll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire.
- Encouraging critical thinking and problemsolving in young learners.
- Creating a positive classroom environment where children feel safe valued and motivated.
- Using a variety of assessment strategies to track progress and adapt teaching.
- Building strong relationships with parents colleagues and the wider school community.
What Were Looking For
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 or a strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum.
A creative and adaptable teaching style that makes learning exciting.
A passion for nurturing childrens curiosity and confidence.
