Position Summary
Were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to partner with our CEO and help drive customer acquisition and retention. If you love analysing funnels optimizing paid ad performance and turning marketing data into scalable growth strategies we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media & Acquisition Optimization
Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns from structuring and launching to continuous performance optimization.
Analyze and refine the customer acquisition funnel to reduce CAC and improve efficiency.
Design and test highconverting landing pages using a landing page builder to maximize conversions.
Collaborate on ad creative developing new angles hooks and scripts to enhance campaign performance.
- Retention & Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) Growth
Analyze customer LTV and implement strategies to drive repeat purchases.
Develop and test new offers to boost conversion rates and increase revenue.
Optimize Amazon listings for better search visibility and conversion rates.
Manage and refine Amazon PPC campaigns to ensure efficient ad spend and strong performance.
Required qualifications
- 35 years of experience in performance marketing growth marketing or digital advertising.
- DTC eCommerce experience ideally in health wellness beauty.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager with a track record of structuring and scaling paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills using data to drive decisions and optimize conversion funnels and landing pages.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar Amazon PPC and listing optimization experience is a strong plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for testing new ad angles scripts and offers to drive growth.Proactive and handson approach eager to take initiative and solve challenges independently.tracking platforms.
