Your Role as Biology Teacher:
- Deliver dynamic Biology lessons that foster a passion for the subject using innovative teaching methods.
- Teach Biology across KS3 KS4 and KS5 (for the right candidate) ensuring students develop a thorough understanding of biological concepts.
- Engage students with exciting practical experiments demonstrations and relevant realworld examples.
- Provide targeted support for students preparing for Biology GCSEs encouraging selfreflection and independent study.
- Develop monitor and assess student progress in Biology providing timely feedback and guidance to ensure achievement.
- Collaborate with the Biology Department to review and continuously improve the Biology curriculum keeping it fresh and relevant.
- Ensure that students are motivated challenged and equipped to excel in their Biology exams and beyond.
What Were Looking For:
- A qualified Biology Teacher with a deep understanding of the subject.
- Strong experience teaching Biology at KS3 KS4 and ideally KS5.
- A dynamic enthusiastic Biology Teacher who can engage students of all abilities and inspire a love for science.
- A passion for delivering highquality Biology lessons and practical science experiments.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within the Biology Department.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
