Job Description

Now Hiring: Licensed School Psychologist in IllinoisAcademic Year

Join a dedicated school community as a full-time School Psychologist for theschool year supporting students from preschool through middle school. We re seeking a skilled and empathetic professional who s committed to fostering academic and emotional growth in children.

In this role you ll assess students needs through formal evaluations participate in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide targeted counseling services both one-on-one and in small groups. You ll also monitor student outcomes and adjust interventions to promote meaningful progress.

Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You ll partner with teachers families and interdisciplinary teams to implement student-centered solutions that address a variety of learning and behavioral needs. A strong foundation in current best practices and a willingness to stay informed on evolving trends in school psychology will set you up for success in this impactful role.

Position Details:

Requirements

  • We welcome recent graduates to apply!
  • While not required National Certification as a School Psychologist (NCSP) is highly valued.
  • Candidates must hold a current school psychology license issued by the Illinois State Board of Education.
  • Applicants should have earned a Master s degree or higher in school psychology or a closely related educational psychology field.
