Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships in the plastics and packaging sector. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales strong communication skills and a deep understanding of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand and promote the company’s product range ensuring solutions align with client needs.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently close deals to achieve targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service addressing inquiries and concerns proactively.
- Stay up to date on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
- At least five years of sales experience in the plastics and packaging industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Selfmotivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (experience with Netsuite is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
