WHATS THE JOB
The Supervisor shall provide supervision of Dexterra janitorial staff at Toronto Premium Outlets in Hilton Hills Ontario!
Key Job Function
- Ensure that all requirements of the Critical Facility Technician are met
- Action all site primary and secondary EOPs focusing on mastering the first responder role during an emergency.
- Responsible for completing drills associated with the primary and secondary EOPs.
- Be conversant of the BAS and PCS systems and the impact of any state change
- Responsible for navigating the system interpreting alarms and perform controlled shutdowns/startups/equipment rotations.
- Responsible for disabling and enabling fire alarm control panels and systems
Qualifications :
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- High Scholl Diploma required Bachelors Degree preferred
- Have recent experience (within the last 3 years) working as a supervisor of employees engaged in operating and maintenance activity in a data center or critical facility of at least 300000 square feet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
