Olympic Bar located in the lobby of the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team and make our guests stay one to remember! Key Responsibilities:
- Support the servers in creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Set up and prepare dining areas including arranging table settings and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Welcome guests providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
- Aid in the delivery of food and beverages to guest tables ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy and professionalism
Qualifications :
- Prior upscale serving experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast paced environments
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
- Available to work early morning weekends and holidays
- Food Handlers Card and MAST Permit required
