The Opportunity
Were looking for a Founders Associate to play a critical role in customer activation GTM automation and operational support. Youll thrive in a fastpaced environment tackle challenges headon and help shape a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company. If youre proactive highly organised and thrive in ambiguity we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
1 Customer Activation and amp; Onboarding (Primary Focus)
Ensure every new pilot customer is fully onboarded within 3 days.
Own the customer onboarding journey ensuring seamless setup and adoption.
Engage directly with customers to provide setup support and ensure activation.
Track activation metrics and optimize the onboarding process.
2 GotoMarket (GTM) and amp; Sales Support
Assist in outbound sales efforts including research and targeted outreach.
Build and maintain customer and partner engagement lists.
Support the CEO in customer demos outreach followups and sales process automation.
3 Automation and amp; Process Optimization
Identify and automate key workflows using Zapier OpenAI agents Retool and other tools.
Minimise manual processes in onboarding and GTM operations.
Continuously improve operational efficiency through AIdriven solutions.
4 Content and amp; Community Engagement
Help build out content plans and create compelling LinkedIn content.
Assist in posting managing engagement and brainstorming creative engagement strategies.
Develop ideas to increase audience interaction and build a stronger community presence.
5 Governance Reporting and amp; Operational
Own and manage grant applications investor reporting and governance requirements.
Ensure compliance with documentation regulatory filings and key business reports.
Handle operational processes with precision ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
About You
Experience and amp; Skills
Prior startup experience at the preseed or seed level.
Strong experience in customer activation onboarding or sales support.
Experience with automation tools (Zapier OpenAI Retool Make etc..
Some sales and GTM experience is ideal.
Highly organized with strong attention to detailcapable of handling governance reporting and business documentation.
