Looking for a seasoned professional 10 years experience) to manage multiworkstream projects in close collaboration with client business teams. The candidate will play the role of a Scrum Master along with some Project and People management responsibilities. The candidate must have deep Project Management knowledge to join our Digital Web/ecommerce team for one of the worlds top health and beauty retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the workstream is managed and delivered on time.
- Coordination with Client PMO Program Manager Business Teams and other project managers so that the project as a whole is delivered on time with good quality.
- Ownership of the project work stream from planning through to delivery.
- Identify key project stakeholders and build effective relationships with client stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans Sprint plans Scheduling Forecasting Reporting etc.
- Ensure adherence to Quality delivery and track quality metrics.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure critical controls are implemented.
- Manage the project team across different geographical locations.
- Complete understanding and control of projects their current status their requirements and deadlines.
- Identify risks and recommend plans for contingencies.
- Track and resolve risks issues and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate handover to BAU and system training sessions with end users.
- Ensure project activities meet requirements and corporate standards.
- Prepare presentation material and present to senior managers as and when required.
- Work with others in the PMO team Project Managers and Scrum Masters to improve project delivery techniques and project documentation.
- Monitors progress against business objectives specified in the business case.
- Prepare progress reports and manage project expectations with stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Expert in Agile Delivery (Scrum) with previous 10 years of working experience.
- Experience in managing several projects at once of various sizes preferably in an agile environment with a delivery track record
- Able to produce metrics related to Agile Project Delivery.
- Good understanding of JIRA for preparing reports and dashboards.
- Selfstarter with good Project management communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in Retail and Ecommerce will be a plus.
- PMP CSM and PSM Certifications preferred.
