Short description:
As a global critical financial infrastructure the protection of Euroclears information and assets is fundamental to our business. Security is at the core of our services and is deeply embedded in our management systems and processes.
You will join our Group Technology Services (GTS) division as a member of the Patch Orchestration Team (Vulture Team) where you will play a key role in safeguarding our digital assets. Your focus will be on reporting and coordinating remediation activities for identified vulnerabilities and weaknesses across a wide range of IT technologies. This proactive approach helps us stay ahead of potential cyber threats and continuously strengthen our defenses.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master with experience in Vulnerability Management or a similar Cybersecurity role. You will help foster an Agile environment facilitate collaboration and actively contribute to delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Scrum Master Activities- Ensure the team follows standardized Agile methodologies.
- Coach the team to be self-organizing and cross-functional.
- Facilitate team collaboration remove obstacles and support efficiency.
- Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions.
- Promote open and transparent communication across the organization.
- Use collaboration tools to enhance teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Encourage regular reflection and continuous improvement.
- Support the team in adopting better governance tools and processes.
- Prioritize client needs and feedback in all deliverables.
- Strive to exceed expectations through high-quality outcomes.
- Create and maintain compliance control documents (TWA SID20 SID40 etc.).
- Take ownership of audits related to the GTS-Vulture project and processes (e.g. DORA ISAE).
- Lead the analysis and resolution of audit findings.
- Ensure audit-readiness by maintaining clear and up-to-date evidence.
- Maintain and regularly update process documentation ensuring alignment and sign-off with stakeholders.
- Lead the design implementation and automation of technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in both technical and process areas.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (preferably in a large organization).
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods and familiarity with Waterfall approaches; able to adapt to hybrid models.
- Experience leading teams through end-to-end delivery of multiple projects alongside operational responsibilities.
- Proven ability to develop and improve business processes procedures controls and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt communication and collaboration styles to different contexts and stakeholders.
- Experience in planning and guiding teams through budget estimation and delivery.
- Excellent communication facilitation negotiation and coaching skills.
- Ability to guide teams through Agile practices such as refinement story splitting estimation retrospectives and velocity tracking.
- Experience facilitating meetings across various organizational levels.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and contributing to change initiatives.
- Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience in Cybersecurity particularly in Vulnerability or Patch Management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps ServiceNow and Power BI is a plus.
