Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain product cost budgets for the company.
- Analyze cost variances and provide detailed reports to management.
- Identify costsaving opportunities and recommend strategies to improve financial performance.
Fixed Asset Investment planning and Analysis:
- Prepare and manage budgets for fixed asset investments.
- Conduct/Validate ROI analysis on potential investments and provide recommendations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of fixed asset investments.
Manufacturing Expenses Planning and Analysis:
- Develop budgets for manufacturing expenses such as labor costs and other material costs.
- Analyze manufacturing expenses and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with operation teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- 2 6 years proven experience as a Financial Analyst preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
