Support the Purchasers of Farms Packing and CAPEX in identifying procurement needs.
Process purchase orders and manage related documentation.
Assist in supplier research ensuring costeffective and reliable vendors.
Track inventory levels and monitor order statuses.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. production finance logistics) to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.
Help evaluate supplier performance and address issues related to quality or delivery.
Assist in contract management ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support in negotiating terms pricing and delivery schedules.
Help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Procurement or a related field.
Experience:
o Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role is an advantage.
o Exposure to agribusiness procurement and supplier management is desirable.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
o Familiarity with procurement software and basic ERP systems is a plus.
Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Soft Skills:
o Strong organizational and communication skills.
o Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
o Good negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
