Data migration expert is responsible for overall end to end of his / her data migration area / Objects. He is responsible to work with local business and functional teams. He acts a Bridge between Global Data Migration Expert and DM business teams to make sure local requirements are captured in conversion workbooks.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
DMW load file preparation and initial verification
DVT script
Defect and Hypercare incident resolution coordination for object(s) under responsibility
Design defects resolution or escalation to GDME s
Requirements
Functional expertise/knowledge and strong leadership: can thrive in an international matrix based organization
Strong communication and negotiation skills good stakeholder management
10 years ERP project implementation background.
Fluent English) additional languages preferred)
Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings tracking progress managing issues)
Deep experience on data migration in multicountry /multisystem environment
Responsible for overseeing the strategy, governance, and quality of all master data (Vendors, Customers, Materials), ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes across the organization. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in global data management. in depth knowledge in Master Data Governance and Strategy Expertise in Data Quality Management knowledge in Data Integration and Architecture Change Management and Data Migration
