Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize speech frontend algorithms.
- Conduct speech recognition algorithm training and model fine - tuning.
- Support the productization of speech recognition solutions across various scenarios.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Signal Processing, Communications, Mathematics, Automation, or related fields.
- Proficiency in speech signal processing (preferred), including feature extraction, preprocessing, and speech enhancement.
- Familiarity with mainstream speech recognition frameworks, end-to-end acoustic models, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Prior experience in speech recognition model development, Large Language Models (LLMs), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), or model quantization is preferred.
- Strong teamwork spirit and proven execution capabilities.
