Job Description
- Verify and collect primary documentation for payment processing;
- Prepare and enter payment requests in 1C following internal procedures;
- Ensure timely payments and update data in accounting systems and payment calendars;
- Collaborate closely with related departments;
- Perform quarterly balance reconciliations with partners;
- Support operational financial tasks to ensure smooth marketing department operations;
- Assist in preparing reports to analyze the economic efficiency of the marketing department;
- Prepare data for monthly financial reporting;
- Participation in the budget process collection and preparation of data for your unit.
Qualifications :
- Higher education in Finance Economics or related fields (preferred);
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance;
- Proficiency in 1C and other accounting software;
- Experience working with large datasets and data analysis;
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets Excel and Microsoft Word;
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles;
- English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1 or higher.
