Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential clients for our outsourcing services in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential leads in target industries (IT healthcare ecommerce etc..
- Utilize digital platforms to gather data.
Cold Outreach & Lead Qualification:
- Conduct cold calls emails to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads based on business needs decisionmaker interest and outsourcing potential.
Lead Nurturing & Database Management:
- Maintain an organized CRM with updated lead details.
- Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos.
- Provide insights on lead generation strategies for campaign improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Datadriven approach to prospecting and lead qualification.
