- Kinh nghi m thi t k v ph t tri n ki n tr c h th ng HVAC cho xe i n b ng c c c ng c ph n t ch m ph ng 1D.
- Ki n th c v hi u bi t v c c thi t b trong h th ng s i l m m t i u h a kh ng kh ng d ng tr n xe i n.
- Kinh nghi m tham gia c c d n c ng nghi p li n quan n thi t k h th ng n ng l ng t ng th cho xe.
- Ki m tra t i li u k thu t c p xe: ESOM DFMEA SOR ti u chu n k thu t DVP.
- Ki m tra ch t l ng h th ng i n i n t (EE) v m b o ch t l ng thi t k xe tr c khi m c ng s n xu t.
- Kinh nghi m s d ng ph n m m m ph ng 1D nh Kuli Flowmaster Amesim.
- Ki n th c v ti u chu n h th ng v an to n: ISO26262 LV123 LV124 AIAG NCAP
Industry Experience: 15+ years in battery technology, energy storage systems, or a related field. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and managing large projects. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of battery chemistry, battery mechanical, electrical, thermal management, BMS (Battery Management Systems), and battery pack assembly processes. Project Management: Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, battery simulation tools, and data analysis. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., UL, IEC, ISO) Master or Advanced Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Material science, or related discipline
