The Kitchen Specialist will work as a member of our Hospitality team to create and streamline recipes and create standard operating procedures to create alignment with our stores and restaurants.
- Collaborate with the director of culinary and corporate Kitchen Mgr in the creation and management of all recipes for Eataly North America.
- Collaborate with the director of culinary and corporate Kitchen Manager in the design and of costcontainment strategies to maximize Eatalys profits
- Collaborate in the standardization and centralization of all the recipes for the main restaurant brands of the company.
- Performs ingredient replacements for Eataly North America recipes
- Monitor Price increases with the corporate product team.
- Monitor virtual menus and margins impact on store P&L and coordinate solutions with the Hospitality team to be delivered to stores
- Communicate across all stores and product teams updates regarding ingredient replacements
- Assist in generating reports for product forecast
- Monitor and edit recipe books for Eataly North America
- Manage Nutrition Information label for Pronto and Gastronomia
- Assist in the creation and review of menu RPMs (recipe price margin) for Eataly North America
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hospitality or Food & Beverage experience
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude patience and willingness to be flexible and readjust priorities as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel up to 10 of the time
The base pay range for this position is $65000 $80000 per year.
