Job Description
This is a remote position.
Our client a global leader in providing governance risk and compliance (GRC) solutions is looking for a GainSight Technofunctional Consultant 100 Remote).
Job Duration: 36 Months (Possibility of Further Extension)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Automated Customer Health Scoring (CHS) for key products (starting with Boards CHS v2.
- Develop Gainsight dashboards for product usage and customer health scores.
- Build and maintain an Atrisk Renewals Center in Gainsight.
- Manage adhoc Gainsight admin tasks 5 hours per week) including dashboard tweaks and issue resolution.
- Use data and best practices to refine customer health scoring methodology and ensure alignment with churn analysis.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience with Gainsight particularly its integration with Salesforce and other systems.
- Experience with Gainsight administration and customization.
- Strong understanding of customer health scoring and product usage metrics.
- Ability to conduct churn analysis and correlate with customer health.
