Job Description
Job Title: Finance Head
Location: Bangalore India
Compensation: Up to 45 LPA
Notice Period: 1 Month or Less

We are a leading organization in the fashion industry committed to innovation and excellence. We seek a highly skilled Finance Head to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company s goals and objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee the preparation monitoring and management of the company s budgets ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors investors and regulatory bodies.
- Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures to enhance profitability and financial efficiency.
- Investment Management: Evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience preferably in the fashion industry or a related sector.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Indepth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
