Job Overview:
As a Travel Sales Agent you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages to customers. You will work closely with our team of travel experts to create customized itineraries and provide exceptional customer service. This is a fulltime permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell travel packages to potential customers including flights hotels and tours.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Create customized itineraries based on client requirements and budget.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Keep up to date with industry trends and travel destinations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company goals.
Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and effective manner.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
1 year or more experience in a sales or customer service role preferably in the travel industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of travel booking systems and reservation processes
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
Bachelors degree in Business Tourism or a related field (preferred)

Schedule: Ability to work MondayFriday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
